The school uses updated information technology to communicate with parents to whom messages through mobile applications can be finally issued and provided their children’s attendance record, the school calendar, or leave application, to maintain close contact with the school.

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or amber rainstorm signal is issued
The nursery school operates as usual, while outdoor activities are suspended.

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or red rainstorm signal is issued
If the signal is issued before 8 a.m., children do not have to return to the nursery school, but it will remain open to children who need to be looked after.If the signal is issued after 8 a.m., the nursery school remains open and continues to look after the children within its premises until they return home safely.

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued 
The nursery school is closed. 

When the black rainstorm signal is issued
If the signal is issued before 8 a.m., the nursery school service is suspended.
If the signal is issued after 8 a.m., the nursery school remains open and continues to look after the children within its premises until they are picked up by parents. Parents need to pick up their children from school as soon as possible.

When the Thunderstorm Warning is issued
The nursery school operates as usual, while outdoor activities are suspended.

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is reissued as Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or below 
The nursery school resumes operation two hours after the warning is cancelled.
If the time of issue is less than two hours away from normal closing hours, the nursery school is closed for the day.

Cancellation of black rainstorm signal
If the signal is issued before 8 a.m., the nursery school resumes operation two hours after the cancellation.
